Shipping Policy
Store orders from the temple of harm reduction are currently available for delivery within the United States.
Rates and delivery services
Available delivery services, rates, and carrier estimates are calculated at checkout using the destination and the final cart. Orders with an eligible merchandise subtotal of at least $75 qualify for free standard shipping. Carrier delivery estimates are not guarantees.
Discreet fulfillment
Orders are fulfilled by GRHR in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Packages are shipped discreetly and do not identify harm reduction products on the outside.
Address accuracy
Customers are responsible for submitting a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact customerservice@templeofharmreduction.org immediately if an address needs to be corrected. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after fulfillment begins.
Tracking, delays, and missing packages
When tracking is available, it will be provided with the shipment notification. Carrier delays can occur after an order leaves our control. If an order is damaged, delivered incorrectly, or does not arrive, follow the process in our Returns and Refunds policy.
